Create a single document type with optional add-on features
Simplify the overall doc model and make navigation more obvious Customer feedback: UI is not “common sense”. Training docs have modules/quizzes, other doc types feel like the same thing with minor layout differences on their respective page. We should consider collapsing doc types into one core “Document” type, then enabling features (modules/quizzes) as add-ons. What I’m thinking (for scoping): Core: one Document type Optional toggles per doc: Enable training modules Enable quiz Enable acknowledgements (policy-style) Navigation: left panel with folders, nested docs, docs within docs Goal: reduce cognitive load and make it obvious where things live and how to build structure

Send announcement feature
Send announcement feature, button called “Share” and it will dropdown options for copy link, send announcement, download as pdf and copy embed code. Clicking send announcement will give you the option to select a user group, department, or individual users, checkbox, and option for note, then send, and it will email them all.

Add feature for “Verified” Documents
Add feature for “Verified” which gets a blue tick if an admin has verified a document, and they can set a verified time period, after that, it looses its verification.

used the same knowledge base, but reviews all policies and compares to current legislation to identify where policies are incomplete, non compliant or outdated - then drafts the new policies in companies style, accounting for the new legally required inclusion
